- 250g Eggs
- 400g Sugar
- 275g Arauca 70% Dark Chocolate
- 30g Cocoa powder 22% - 24%
- 250g Butter
- 145g Flour
- 1 Pinch of salt
Elkészítés
- Mix eggs and sugar.
- Melt chocolate and butter.
- Combine both and add flour, cocoa powder and salt.
- Pour into the mold.
- Bake at 170 °C for about 20 minutes
- You can add pecans or other nuts to the brownie.
